We charge a flat rate for the scope of your project. To determine the design fee for your particular project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We are not a General Contractor, but will refer our preferred list of builders to you or we are happy to work with your GC/builder of choice.

Full-Service Interior Design for Home or Office Furnishings
Enjoy the ultimate luxury of a fully curated space. We'll create stunning design layouts, select the perfect furniture pieces, and handle all the logistics, including delivery and styling.
Floor Plans for Furniture Space Planning
Concept Boards for a Visual Representation of the Design Plan (photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed)
Sourcing, Purchasing, Receiving, and Storing Selected Furnishings
Final Installation and Placement of Home Furnishings Including Waste Removal
We charge a flat rate per room. Rates depend on how many items we are sourcing for you and if we're assisting with any cosmetic changes, such as adding wallpaper, replacing a chandelier, designing built-ins, redesigning a fireplace, etc.
To determine the design fee for your particular furnishings project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We are happy to blend your existing pieces with new pieces needed to complete each space.
All projects will receive complete floor plans, concept boards, elevation drawings for built-ins and cabinetry, a lighting plan, and a spreadsheet of design selections. Photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed.
